Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Subscription Orders
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. To cancel:
- Log into your account and manage your subscription settings
- Contact us at Wxntedofficial@gmail.com at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery
- Once cancelled, you will not be charged for future orders, but any orders already processed cannot be refunded
Pre-Order Cancellations
Due to our made-to-order production process, pre-orders cannot be cancelled once payment is received. We immediately begin manufacturing your item upon order confirmation, which means we cannot accept cancellation requests. Please ensure you are certain about your purchase before completing checkout.
All pre-order items have a 4-6 week production and delivery timeline.
Refunds
Once production has begun, refunds are not available for pre-order items. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue.
